The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia – First impression
I’ve finally got my copy of The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia. The book is 280 pages long, with hardcover. And at just under US$20 on Amazon, it is a must buy for any Zelda-fan.
The book is divided into three parts: The Legend Begins: The World of Skyward Sword, The History of Hyrule: A Chronology and Creative Footprints: Documenting 25 Years of Artwork.
You get concept art and final art of Zelda, Link and other characters over the last 25 years. You get the history of Hyrule and the official chronology of the games (CDi not included).
The book was first released in Japan two years ago, in 2011 as part of the 25th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda on NES (Nintendo Entertainment System). And at last, in English.
In the video under, you can see my first impression of the book.
